As BSC Analytics' Founder and CEO, Kenneth is widely recognized as one of the leading global experts on cloud data strategy and transformation for large complex enterprises. His 30-year career has included IT leadership roles in software development, IT infrastructure, and operations for Fortune 100 enterprises such as Citigroup and American Airlines. Since starting BSC Analytics in 2014, he and the BSC Analytics' team have provided thought leadership and implementation of transformative data analytics initiatives for many of the largest financial services companies and other enterprises in highly-regulated industries.

An experienced investor, Chad began his association with BSC Analytics as its first investor and board chairman. After selling his own company in 2017, following a successful 26-year career, Chad joined BSC Analytics full-time. As an accomplished entrepreneur leading organizations as large as 3,000 employees, Chad brings his experience in scaling organizations and managing growth to the company. In 2021, Prosser was named by C-Suite Spotlight as one of the Top 100 Johns Hopkins Alumni in Technology. Also recognized for his community leadership, he is the recipient of South Carolina’s highest civilian honor, the Order of the Palmetto. He served in the cabinet of Governor Mark Sanford and is currently board chairman of the SC Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities. Prosser has extensive experience serving on corporate boards, including a public company (SunBank, NA now South State Bank).

As Blue Sentry Cloud’s Advisory Leader and Chief Revenue Officer, Joseph is responsible for BSC Analytics’ Advisory Practice and overall growth strategy. Over the past 30 years, Joseph has been in leadership roles with Accenture, PwC, RSM and McKinsey, where he was an Associate Partner responsible for the firm’s global cloud practice. Throughout his career, he has helped dozens of enterprises create strategies to ensure their cloud data initiatives simply do not fail.

Lee Hylton serves as BSC Analytics' Chief Architect and CIO. Lee has been recognized as a top architect designing cloud data solutions for customers facing unique and challenging problems. In recognition of his longstanding tenure as a cloud architect, Lee currently is nominated for a role as AWS Global Ambassador. With an IT career spanning more than 30 years, Lee has led teams at large telecommunications companies and delivered technology solutions that have helped many organizations achieve success. As a life-long devotee of new technologies and committed to continual process improvement, Lee finds simple solutions to complex problems and is always willing to search out novel solutions for clients. Since joining BSC Analytics in 2014 as a founding member, Lee has played an indispensable role in delivering success to our clients.

Robin is BSC Analytics’ Controller and Treasurer. She ensures that clients experience professional and hassle-free processes in all of their financial interactions with the company. After starting her career in public accounting as an auditor with a large accounting firm, Robin spent the last 29 years working inside private companies in financial leadership roles of ever-increasing responsibility. Since 2014, she has been an integral part of the management team at BSC Analytics. Robin, who passed all parts of the CPA exam on her first attempt, remains a licensed CPA in South Carolina.

Leading BSC Analytics' people operations team, Sam ensures that BSC Analytics captures top talent to meet its clients’ cloud data needs. She is also a principal player in the promotion of a strong and positive culture at BSC Analytics – resulting in an industry-leading retention rate that ensures the continuity of client engagements. For more than a decade, Sam has flourished in enterprise-level recruiting across software development and IT capacities. Her unique ability to listen and identify specialized professional expertise ensures that the BSC Analytics team continues to grow and drive successful cloud initiatives.

As Chief Delivery Officer, Brian is responsible for BSC Analytics' Service Delivery and Operations. He has more than 20 years’ experience in successfully delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions for Financial Institutions, Higher Education, and Government. For the past decade, Brian has been focused on cloud migrations, automation, and enablement. His experience has positioned him for success in developing high-performing teams that deliver maximum value, drive outcomes, and position companies to achieve the outcomes they need to grow and outperform their industry.

As BSC Analytics' Chief Technical Officer, Todd, a Marine Corps veteran, brings unmatched dedication and expertise to the forefront of every technical project. With a proven track record of leading technical teams through large, complex engagements, Todd ensures that the work delivered by BSC Analytics is meaningful and held to the highest quality standards. In recognition of his outstanding industry leadership, Todd, an AWS Ambassador since 2022, was named the 2023 AWS Ambassador of the Year for North America, in recognition of his top standing among the most elite AWS practitioners. Along the way, Todd has honed the skills necessary to guarantee the success of each project, consistently exceeding client expectations. Having served in various IT leadership roles, Todd’s unique perspective and steadfast determination have been instrumental in navigating challenging projects with precision and skill. Since joining BSC Analytics in 2018, Todd has been pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the company, guiding his teams to deliver solutions that propel BSC Analytics’ clients to maximize their cloud data initiatives. Under Todd’s leadership, the technical teams at BSC Analytics continue to break new ground in the ever-evolving landscape of data science and cloud technology.

With decades of experience in data science and database management, Jeff focuses on delivering innovative and up-to-date cloud data solutions even when legacy data environments and complex data integration projects are most challenging. His strategic vision and deep knowledge of the latest data practices contribute to his ability to orchestrate BSC Analytics' data assets to achieve optimal results for clients.

Cody helps clients achieve business success utilizing his extensive expertise in program management and enterprise consulting. He excels in developing high-performing teams that deliver maximum value and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. Cody’s strategic approach and leadership experience are key to his ability to help enterpises attain organizational goals and position themselves to grow and outperform their competitors.

David is a strategic leader with over two decades of experience in driving innovation and operational efficiency across industries, including financial services, insurance, and satellite radio. Known for aligning technology with business objectives, David specializes in fostering data-driven decision-making, optimizing resources, and creating scalable frameworks that support long-term growth. A thought leader in business intelligence and data strategy, he is committed to continuous improvement and innovation. In addition to his professional expertise, David is an active community leader, serving in various educational and governance roles.

As BSC Analytics’ General Counsel, Christina is responsible for all legal matters affecting the company. Formerly with Sidley Austin (London office) and Nexsen Pruet (North Carolina office), Christina draws upon her wide range of legal experience in the corporate arena, as well as her ability to think creatively and concretely to visualize the big picture and minute details of legal issues. Before becoming an attorney, Christina studied music at Yale University and in Paris.
